    So if you use tap water to make soups and ramen and stuff, you end up with those minerals and stuff in there. But if your home has a water salt filtration system, it might have a better and lower number.

    anti-seize on lug studs will create double the torque value if you rely on the torque wrench reading. This will tighten up to double the desired tightness.

    My brother and I rebuilt a family vacation home about 10 years ago when we were 60-ish. He said, “let’s put in an elevator”. I said, “whaaaaa?” He insisted. Thank god. We have three floors that are now all accessible for his wife with her knee replacements, etc. Brilliant.

    Real stone or concrete? If concrete are you sure the components of concrete are safe to eat as some will end up in the flour as does stone from stone grinding.

    Works good for what its meant for. It gets bad reviews because people are too dumb to realize its not made to replace a pressure washer. I only use mine for cleaning furniture, spot cleans on deck, spider webs etc, when I'm too lazy to pull out a hose.

    I’ll be buying a unit soon to do exterior pressure washing before painting. Will this be too small for me to use regularly? While I’ll need a pressure washer, I’m low on space in my vehicle and don’t want to spend $600 on something I’ll use for 20 min per job 3 months out of the year

    So it comes down to. Drink bottled or tap with half poison and half good minerals. Or drink distilled which has none at all and flushes out your good minerals leaving you with less good but not both good and bad..... 2024 were so greedy we poison water then charge you for it...without telling you ofcourse.

    I'm pollarding some poles I planted from root cuttings in 2012 , fall. I cut them at 6' or so and saved a block and it look identical to the one you showed , but slightly smaller. Amazinging growth rate. This grove is fence post size now and I figured at about 14 years they would be what I call "bison" post or split-rail size , 6"-8". I planted then in slightly raised bed. Dump trailer full of sand , spread flat by back blading to about 6" deep x about 6 ' wide and 10' long. The root cuttings were fresh planted in the autumn of 2012. Fist years growth is 4-6 feet on average. I found a salad dressing jar about one third full of locust seed. I stratified and scarified them in a ziplock with some damp potting soil. A week later theres about 1-2 thousand sprouts. They've been planted a couple days ago. Don't know what I'm going to do with them but we'll worry about that in the autumn. Maybe I'll do a video and post on my channel.

    Great information on your video's thanks. I have a question we live in south west Ontario and have a covered porch with a wood burning fireplace at one end. We are looking at turning this room into a three season room. I would like to insulate the floor (20' X 16' wood deck 24' off the ground). I can't insulate above the floor joist as I want the flooring to stay below the sliding door sill. I was thinking of installing 2' rigid insulation in between the floor joist (top side) directly against the sheeting. I was going to use a wood lattice for the skirt so that it still breaths under the structure. Would you suggest a different method?

  • @rmoodyist
    @rmoodyist 6 дней назад

    As a struggling carpenter I first had tried my own method using a Rockler jig. That proved too difficult with having to lock each piece of wood on the jig with each cut using thumb screws. This looks to be a much more practical and faster method. I'll repost once I tried it.

    First off: THOUSANDS?? bruh you go to a mufller shop and pay around 150 to 200 maybe less for just a leak Second: this is like putting a bandaid on a bullet whole at that point you could of just got a pipe that fits snugg on both ends you the exhuast clamp and that you of done better then this not to mention you hade perfectly capable welder to do the job right in the first place

    Another way of cutting through wood at a right angle is to get a square block of wood, clamp it to the piece you work on and use it as a saw guide.
